Adapt OT
How we helped reposition Adapt OT with a new website and messaging to attract better quality clients
A new website to streamline business processes and better align an OT with the right clients

The client
Adapt OT is a mobile occupational therapy service based in Northern Tasmania. They support adults living with disability — often people dealing with neurological or physical conditions — to live more independently and safely at home and in the community. Led by experienced OTs, their work often involves complex assessments, home modifications, assistive tech and NDIS reporting.

The challenge
Adapt OT came to us with an outdated website that wasn’t doing them any favours. It didn’t reflect who they were, what they offered, or the outcomes they achieved. Worse still, it was attracting the wrong type of client — the kind that didn’t align with their focus or expertise. They needed a digital presence that could match the quality of their service and bring in better leads.
The approach
We didn’t just redesign their website — we gave the whole brand a lift. We rebuilt the structure, updated the messaging, and rewrote the content to speak directly to their ideal clients: people in northern Tasmania needing occupational therapy that actually works.
We focused on:
- Clearer market positioning: Less jargon, more clarity. Their new content sets out exactly who they help and how.
- Stronger lead quality: We dialled in the messaging to attract more suitable clients.
- User-first design: We made the site easier to navigate so people could quickly find what they need — whether that’s info about services or how to get started.
The results
We don’t have the hard numbers (yet), but here’s what we do know: leads are flowing in — consistently. They’ve gone from having almost no visibility on Google and no real marketing strategy to being seen as one of the go-to OT clinics in the region.
Their new website presents them as modern, capable, and in high demand — which is exactly what they are.
The takeaway
If your website no longer reflects who you are or the quality of service you provide, don’t sit on it. Fix it. Your online presence should do justice to the work you do every day.
