Privacy policy
Last updated 14 October 2026
This policy explains how Amplified Marketing (ABN 81 869 703 469) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information, including through our website, amplifiedmarketing.com.au. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Amplified Marketing.
We follow the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We only collect what we need. That can include:
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and clinic name. For example, when you download a guide, book a call or email us.
- Information about your clinic that you share with us on a call or in an email, such as your services, goals and current marketing.
- Booking details when you book a call through our scheduling tool, including the time you choose and anything you add to the booking form.
- Website usage data, such as the pages you visit, how you found our site, your browser and device, and your approximate location. We collect this through cookies and similar tools (see below).
- Information you send us in other ways, such as through social media or our email newsletters.
Our website isn't for patients, and we don't ask for health information through it. Please don't send us health information about yourself or anyone else through our forms.
Our tools
The numbers you enter into our calculators and planners (such as your revenue or fees) stay in your browser. We don't collect, send or store them.
How we use it
- To send you the guide or information you asked for.
- To reply to you, and to arrange and run calls.
- To provide our services if you become a client.
- To send you marketing emails, such as useful articles and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how people use our website, so we can improve it.
- To show our ads to people who have visited our website (remarketing).
- For record keeping, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work. They include:
- HubSpot, our customer database and email platform. It stores the details you give us through our forms.
- Calendly, which we use to book calls.
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Search Console), for website analytics and advertising.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising.
- Cloudflare, which hosts our website.
- Our email, file storage and accounting providers, and our professional advisers.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or with anyone who buys our business.
Overseas providers
Several of these providers store information outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We choose providers with strong privacy and security practices, and take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We and our providers (Google, HubSpot and Meta) use them to:
- see how people use our website, through Google Analytics;
- connect a form you fill in with your earlier visits to our site, through HubSpot;
- measure our advertising, and show our ads to people who have visited our site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com. Our website still works without cookies.
Marketing emails
When you download a guide, we'll also add you to our email list. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including secure, access-controlled systems. No system is completely secure, though, and sending information over the internet is at your own risk. If we have a data breach that's likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), as the law requires.
Client work
When a clinic engages us, we sometimes handle information on the clinic's behalf, such as enquiry data in their ad or website accounts. That work is covered by our services agreement with the clinic, as well as this policy.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Contact us using the details below. We'll respond within 30 days. In rare cases the Privacy Act allows us to refuse access, and if so we'll tell you why.
Complaints
If you think we've breached your privacy, please contact us first, with as much detail as you can. We'll look into it and respond in writing within 30 days. If you're not happy with our response, you can complain to the OAIC at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
