The client
Chris and the team at EP360 had the clinical side of things nailed. Their clients were getting results, the team had years of experience under their belts, and they knew how to build trust. What they didn’t have was a steady stream of new leads—or the time to figure out how to get them.

The challenge
Running a busy Exercise Physiologist clinic in Sydney’s Inner West, Chris was flat out managing a full client load while trying to do the marketing himself. Between sessions, he’d try to piece together bits and pieces of guesswork marketing… But without a clear strategy, it felt like pushing a boulder uphill.
Their website wasn’t converting. Leads were trickling in—maybe one a week. And with three full-time EPs on staff, the business needed to take their marketing seriously.
What we did
We started with a full website overhaul. The messaging was rebuilt from the ground up to speak to the people EP360 actually wanted to attract—those looking for long-term, life-improving support. We restructured the service pages, refined the brand message, and laid the foundations for strong SEO.
From there:
- Google Ads kicked in for fast, consistent lead generation.
- Facebook Ads started building brand visibility and community awareness.
- A marketing funnel was created to nurture leads through an eBook download and email series (200+ new leads in the first year).
- Strategic content marketing was rolled out to improve Google organic traffic and position EP360 as an authority in their niche.
A big part of the success was helping the team get clear on who they wanted to work with. Refining the understanding of their ideal client profile helped focus the messaging and made it easier to attract people who were more likely to stay long term.
The results
In the early days, the site brought in just one lead a week. Fast forward to last month:
- 13 phone enquiries
- 7 eBook downloads (feeding into their nurture funnel)
- 5 direct contact form submissions – red hot leads
- 2 additional leads via email
Website traffic has increased 10x. They’re now ranking for over 300 keywords (up from around 30). And the leads coming through? Much more aligned with the kind of work they love doing.
