Website terms of use
Last updated 14 October 2026
These terms apply when you use amplifiedmarketing.com.au, including our tools and free guides. The site is run by Amplified Marketing (ABN 81 869 703 469), referred to here as "we", "us" and "our". By using the site, you agree to these terms.
General information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information about marketing for allied health clinics. It isn't tailored advice for your clinic, and it isn't legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice. For advertising compliance, check the current guidelines from AHPRA, your National Board or your professional association, and get advice for your own situation.
Our tools
Our calculators and planners give rough estimates, based on the numbers you enter and common rules of thumb. They're a starting point for planning, not a forecast or a promise. Your real results will depend on your clinic, your market and many things outside anyone's control.
Results and case studies
Case studies describe results we achieved for particular clinics, at a particular time. They aren't a promise of what we'll achieve for you. Marketing results depend on your market, competition, budget, website, capacity and more. We never guarantee rankings, enquiry numbers or bookings.
Our content
We own, or are licensed to use, the content on this site, including its text, design, graphics, tools and guides. You're welcome to use our guides and tools for your own clinic, and to share links to our pages. Please don't copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.
Links to other websites
We sometimes link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information you give us through this site.
Working with us
If you become a client, our services are covered by a separate services agreement, which we provide with your proposal. These website terms don't apply to that work.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
