Reach the families and coordinators who choose your OT practice.

NDIS or private. Paediatric or adult. We help you get found online by the clients and families you're best placed to help. All of it AHPRA-compliant from day one.

Why occupational therapy is different

OT marketing has more than one audience

Funding shapes everything

NDIS, Medicare, workers' compensation, aged care and private clients all find you differently and book differently. We market to the funding types you want more of.

Someone else often makes the call

A parent, carer or support coordinator is often the one searching. Your pages need to speak to them as clearly as they speak to the client.

Full books can still be the wrong books

Paediatric waitlists can run for months while adult or assessment work has room. We point new enquiries where you actually have capacity.

AHPRA and NDIS wording both matter

No clinical testimonials, careful use of words like specialist, and NDIS registration wording that matches your actual status.

What we do

How we get your practice there

See your first 90 days →
1

Understand your practice

We map the clients each OT does their best work with, from paediatric sensory and developmental work to functional capacity assessments and home modifications, and build around your real capacity.

2

Build what works

Google Ads by service and suburb, your Google Business Profile, local SEO and AI search, plus plain-language pages for clients, families and coordinators.

3

Keep improving

We track enquiries through to booked first appointments, shift campaigns as waitlists change, and walk you through it on regular calls.

How we work

"You'll talk to the people doing the work. Not an account manager."

Regular strategy calls

With someone who works on your account and knows your practice.

Built around your capacity

Campaigns shift as waitlists change, so enquiries go where you have room.

Honest about fit

If your website needs fixing before we spend your money on ads, we'll say so upfront.

FAQ

Questions occupational therapy practices ask

Can you help us reach support coordinators?

Yes. We build pages and ads that answer the questions coordinators and plan managers ask, so you're easy to recommend.

We're not NDIS registered. Does that matter?

Not for your marketing, as long as the wording is accurate. We make it clear who you can see and how, without claiming a registration you don't hold.

Can you market paediatric and adult services separately?

Yes. Different audiences get different pages and campaigns, turned up or down as your books change.

Can you use our Google reviews in our ads?

Only if they're not about clinical care. Testimonials about clinical aspects of care can't be used in your advertising, including your website. Comments about easy parking or a friendly front desk are fine. We check every one.

What does it cost?

It depends on your practice, your goals and your market. We'll recommend the right setup on the call, with the numbers laid out so you can see how it pays for itself.

Are we locked in?

There's a 3-month minimum from go-live, then it rolls month to month.
