More of the right clients for your psychology practice.

Some of your psychologists have waitlists. Others have gaps. We help you get found online by the clients each practitioner does their best work with. All of it AHPRA-compliant from day one.

Why psychology is different

Psychology marketing needs a lighter touch

Clients, not patients

People looking for a psychologist are often anxious, exhausted or searching late at night. Your pages need to feel calm and safe, never salesy.

Every practitioner's books are different

One psychologist has a three-month waitlist while another has gaps. We market by practitioner and service, so enquiries go where you have room.

AHPRA is stricter than most realise

No clinical testimonials, endorsed titles used correctly, and no promises about outcomes. We check every ad, page and post.

Referrals are only part of the picture

More people now look for help themselves, on Google or by asking an AI assistant. We make sure they find you.

What we do

How we get your practice there

See your first 90 days →
1

Understand your practice

We map the clients each practitioner does their best work with, from adults with anxiety to teens, couples or assessments, and build around the capacity you really have.

2

Build what works

Google Ads by service and suburb, your Google Business Profile, local SEO and AI search, plus calm, plain pages that make the first step easy.

3

Keep improving

We track enquiries through to booked first sessions, shift campaigns as waitlists change, and walk you through it on regular calls.

FAQ

Questions psychology practices ask

Can you use our Google reviews in our ads?

Only if they're not about clinical care. Testimonials about clinical aspects of care can't be used in your advertising, including your website. Comments about easy parking or a friendly front desk are fine. We check every one.

Can you market specific services, like ADHD assessments?

Yes. We run campaigns by service, so we can turn one up when there's room and pause it when a waitlist gets too long.

We already get GP referrals. Why market online?

Referrals are great until they slow down. Marketing gives you a channel you control, so you can fill gaps when referrals go quiet and choose which services to grow.

Will it sound like us?

Yes. We write from your own words and your clients' language, so pages sound like your practice, not like AI. For psychology that means calm, plain and never salesy.

What does it cost?

It depends on your practice, your goals and your market. We'll recommend the right setup on the call, with the numbers laid out so you can see how it pays for itself.

Are we locked in?

There's a 3-month minimum from go-live, then it rolls month to month.
