More of the right families for your speech pathology practice.

When parents are worried about their child's speech, they search. We help them find your practice first, then turn that search into a booked first session.

Why speech pathology is different

Speech pathology marketing has its own rules

Parents search first

When parents are worried about a child's speech, most start with Google or an AI assistant. The practice that answers their question clearly is the one they call.

Not AHPRA, still regulated

Speech pathology isn't AHPRA-registered, but consumer law, Speech Pathology Australia's Code of Ethics and NDIS rules still apply. We check everything against them.

Funding changes the conversation

NDIS, Medicare, private health and self-funded families all want different information before they book. We make the right path easy to follow.

Adults search differently

Voice, stuttering and swallowing clients look for help in completely different ways from parents. We market each service on its own terms.

What we do

How we get your practice there

See your first 90 days →
1

Understand your practice

We map the clients each speech pathologist does their best work with, from late talkers and school-age literacy to stuttering and adult voice, and build around your real capacity.

2

Build what works

Google Ads by service and suburb, your Google Business Profile, local SEO and AI search, plus plain-language pages for parents that make the first step feel easy.

3

Keep improving

We track enquiries through to booked first sessions, shift campaigns as waitlists change, and walk you through it on regular calls.

Campaigns shift as waitlists change, so enquiries go where you have room.

Honest about fit

If your website needs fixing before we spend your money on ads, we'll say so upfront.

FAQ

Questions speech pathology practices ask

Speech pathology isn't AHPRA-registered. Do the rules still apply?

Some do. Consumer law, Speech Pathology Australia's Code of Ethics and NDIS rules all apply to your marketing. If your practice also offers OT or psychology, those services fall under the AHPRA guidelines too. We check against all of them.

Can you reach parents before they join a waitlist somewhere else?

That's the aim. Parents search when they're worried, so we make sure your practice shows up with clear, calm answers and an easy way to book.

Do you market adult services too?

Yes. Voice, stuttering and swallowing services get their own pages and campaigns, separate from your paediatric work.

Will it sound like us?

Yes. We write from your own words and the questions parents actually ask, so pages sound like your practice, not like AI.

What does it cost?

It depends on your practice, your goals and your market. We'll recommend the right setup on the call, with the numbers laid out so you can see how it pays for itself.

Are we locked in?

There's a 3-month minimum from go-live, then it rolls month to month.
